JOB TITLE:Experiential Producer

REPORTS TO: Head of Experiential

About the Role

R&R Partners is looking for an experienced Experiential Producer to join our growing production team in Las Vegas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how to bring big ideas to life, and has deep experience managing events, activations, and branded experiences from concept through execution. You’ll report directly to the Head of Experiential and be instrumental in helping shape the agency’s most high-profile, culture-forward work.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end production of experiential projects, including brand activations, live events, pop-ups, and large-scale fabrications
• Manage timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing across internal teams and external vendors
• Serve as the primary point of contact for production partners, venues, and logistics teams
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, account teams and clients to ensure seamless integration across all phases of work
• Manage fabrication workflows, oversee build-outs, and ensure all work meets brand, creative, and safety standards
• Maintain a proactive, solution-first mindset across planning, execution, and troubleshooting
• Provide onsite leadership to ensure flawless execution during installs and live events

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience producing experiential activations, branded environments, or live events
• Based in Las Vegas or willing to relocate (required)
• A proven ability to manage multi-layered projects and teams across multiple disciplines
• Deep understanding of fabrication, permitting, venue logistics, and city-specific event requirements
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Comfortable collaborating across departments and working with both internal stakeholders and client teams
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure
• Travel required based on project needs
