We are Ad Hock, Visa's internal creative agency, developing high-visibility content supporting brand awareness, sponsorships, and client partnerships. We are expanding and seeking a

Creative Project Manager

to oversee and coordinate creative projects from inception to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality outputs. This analyst-level role reports to the Creative Services Director within the Creative Operations team, based in North America. Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of Lifecycle/DR creative projects from brief to delivery. Manage scope, budget, timeline, and resources across multiple projects. Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative solutions. Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners. Contribute to enhancing the agency's creative processes and culture. Qualifications

Basic:

2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s or higher degree. Preferred:

3+ years in a creative agency or brand team, experience managing Lifecycle and Direct Response projects, proficiency with project management tools like Adobe WorkFront, excellent communication skills, and adaptability to new technologies. Additional Information

This is a hybrid role with travel requirements of 5-10%. The position is based in an office environment, requiring standard office activities.
