Why This Role Matters
As our first in-house designer, you will define the visual and experiential language of our products. Partnering with product, engineering, and leadership, you will transform early concepts into polished, inclusive experiences that help people live calmer, healthier lives.
What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end user journeys across the mobile app, therapist portal, and hardware touchpoints
- Build and steward our cross-platform design system
- Plan and conduct rapid user research such as interviews, prototype tests, and surveys, then translate insights into product improvements
- Monitor activation, retention, and other UX metrics in collaboration with product and data teams
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design in every release
You Will Succeed Here If You
- Have 4–6 years of experience designing consumer mobile products (or equivalent expertise)
- Thrive on turning ambiguity into clear flows and high-fidelity prototypes
- Enjoy hands-on research and persuasive storytelling
- Offer a portfolio of accessible, cohesive products that moved key metrics
- Share our commitment to mindfulness and can navigate startup pace with ease
