Manager, Marketing Strategy and Analytics - Remote

The Manager of Marketing Strategy and Analytics will be responsible for helping to drive in-store and online sales performance by reviewing data, developing new analytics, looking for insights, and helping to deliver recommendations on how to continually improve our marketing campaigns. The individual will have a strong understanding of marketing metrics and analytical techniques, especially relating to digital marketing. They will be responsible for answering marketing analytics questions for key stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Actively review and analyze marketing efforts including performance by individual ad, media, store/market and campaign to identify successful elements and work to continuously improve event performance. Actively track and analyze test campaigns and initiatives. Assist digital marketing team to measure the success of Facebook, Google, and other digital ad campaigns Help to identify customer trends and recommend data-driven responses to guide strategy and decision making within the Marketing organization Assist in the creation of compelling, persuasive presentation materials that clearly and concisely communicate key learnings and recommendations to senior level executives Create dashboards in Tableau and other reports using data from our marketing & sales data warehouse to answer ongoing and ad-hoc analytical questions Support Email and other teams in Marketing with reporting, analytical insights, and strategic recommendations related to the media performance and marketing support Assist in the design and execution of tests which generate results leading to actionable insights Assist with the execution of ad hoc strategic marketing projects as assigned Additional duties as assigned by manager Scope (Required)
Staff supervision and development — Yes Decision making – Provides information to influence decisions. This role will be presenting at the executive level and will be making recommendations about the future of marketing initiatives. Travel – As needed Location— Remote
