Base pay range
$60.00/hr - $80.00/hr Role Overview The incoming candidate will manage non-sensitive operational responsibilities within the
Office of the CMO . You will work across multiple functions—Finance, People, Strategy & BizOps, Executive Comms—and act as a central operator for marketing programs and rituals. You Will Be: Leading marketing operations, rhythms, and reporting cadences. Driving programs such as the
Marketing Deep Dives ,
Values Awards , and
Early-in-Career Program . Managing internal processes, documentation, and learning forums via
Confluence . Handling urgent, executive-level requests with autonomy. Partnering with various marketing and cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities Lead Key Marketing Rituals: Coordinate and run business rhythms like weekly/monthly reporting, OKRs scoring, and strategic planning meetings. Own Internal Programs: Lead internal initiatives such as: Marketing Deep Dives
(learning series) Values Awards
(quarterly recognition) Early-in-Career
program (in partnership with People team) Enhance and Refine Processes: Partner with PgMs, Strategy & Ops teams to evolve internal frameworks and tools. Maintain Confluence Spaces: Keep documentation current—agendas, recaps, reference docs—for the marketing org. Support Exec-Level Ops: Work closely with C-Level stakeholders and their teams to execute reviews, site visits, and key communications—often independently. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Product Marketing, Sales, Design, and Comms. Must-Have Qualifications 5–7 years
in program management, strategic ops, or marketing transformation. Experience supporting
C-Level executives
and their business operations. Demonstrated ability to
manage recurring programs autonomously
(with little/no direction). Proficient in
Confluence
(mandatory);
Jira
and
Slack
are nice to have. Strong written and verbal
communication skills ; able to craft summaries and messaging for executive audiences. Experience working in or with
fast-paced software or tech companies . Top 3 Priorities (Ranked) Run Programs & Business Ops Independently
– Especially rituals like planning, reporting, OKRs. Navigate Changing Priorities
– Comfortably shift gears in response to last-minute C-level requests. Process Optimization
– Improve or redesign frameworks as the org scales. Nice-to-Haves Background in
product marketing
or
demand generation
(especially useful). Exposure to
Agile methodologies . Experience with tools like Trello, Atlassian Goals, and change management practices. Past roles in distributed teams or marketing strategy teams. Target Background (Sourcing Wishlist) Professionals from
software companies
(fast-paced environments). Experience at
social media or digital tech companies
(e.g., Meta, Google, Adobe). Individuals from Atlassian
competitor ecosystems
or product marketing roles. Preferred Supporting Materials Work samples that show
executive-level communication . End-to-end ownership of
