• Knowledge of multiple marketing channels (digital, email, social, traditional media, etc.), with a focus on customer acquisition and lifecycle management. • Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly with Paid User Acquisition teams, to optimize marketing efforts. • Understanding of in-store marketing and how to integrate physical and digital marketing strategies is a plus. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and improve marketing performance. • Experience managing and mentoring teams, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a high-performance marketing culture, while working effectively across the Leadership team to proactively identify and drive opportunities for growth • Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the marketing function to key stakeholders and external partners. • A demonstrated thought leader who is able to develop and drive the broader Marketing strategy.

Preferred Qualifications: • Familiarity with mobile-first or app-based marketing. • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. • Background in integrated marketing campaigns, with an ability to drive brand awareness and growth through both digital and offline channels.

What you'll be doing • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to build and promote the company's brand across multiple channels (including digital, social, CRM, and traditional). • Oversee CRM strategy, managing the lifecycle of customer relationships from acquisition to retention, ensuring targeted and personalized communication to maximize lifetime value. • Partner with the VP of Paid User Acquisition to align on customer acquisition strategies and ensure seamless collaboration between organic and paid marketing efforts. • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that elevate the company's reputation, build customer trust, and differentiate our offerings in the competitive fintech space. • Drive customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning to refine messaging and ensure it resonates with our ideal audience. • Lead content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategies to engage customers and drive conversions. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and the product roadmap. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture. • Measure, track, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies. • Stay abreast of emerging trends in fintech, marketing technology, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions. • Develop strategies to engage and retain existing customers, ensuring a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints.
