Job Overview: Search Solution Group is seeking a

Digital Marketing Manager

on behalf of our client, a national developer, owner, and operator of multifamily and mixed-use communities. This role plays a key part in driving strategic marketing efforts that directly impact lease-ups, traffic generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in multifamily marketing and be confident managing digital strategies, analytics, and relationships across internal teams and third-party stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and support all lease-up marketing efforts across assigned markets

Serve as the regional marketing expert and advisor to senior leadership and onsite teams

Develop and manage strategic marketing plans for new and stabilized communities

Analyze data to optimize traffic sources and leasing performance

Ensure marketing standards and budget adherence across all marketing activities

Manage digital platforms including ILS listings, social media, and content storefronts

Create and present marketing materials for business development, including RFPs

Use marketing technology and tools to elevate the customer experience

Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Asset Management, and IT teams

Represent the company at industry events and on professional panels when needed

Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation

Deliver actionable research and insights to drive business decisions

Requirements include: Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, market research, statistics, computer science, math, social sciences, business administration, or communications

MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required

Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in multifamily marketing, with a track record of successful lease-ups and marketing program execution

Skills: Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and project management

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Solid analytical and math skills with the ability to connect metrics to business outcomes

Creative thinking with problem-solving aptitude

Experience managing ILS relationships, social media presence, and digital platforms

Certifications: None required

Knowledge: Deep understanding of multifamily marketing and the residential real estate industry

Familiarity with marketing platforms, customer experience tools, and digital ad strategies

Reports to the VP or SVP of Marketing

Licenses/Equipment:

Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance required; must be able to operate general office equipment
