Qualifications

Must haves:

• Prior management and budgeting experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or a related field
  
  

Great to haves:

• 2-3 years residential property management experience
• Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, YieldStar
• High School Diploma or equivalent or post secondary education a plus
  
  

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $96,000 - $120,000 / year plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
