Job Title: Commercial Lines Producer Location: Hybrid (within Vermont or New Hampshire) Minimal travel to office Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually plus commission (depending on experience) --- Position Overview As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing an existing book of commercial insurance clients. You will work closely with account managers, underwriters, and leadership to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet the complex needs of businesses across a range of industries. --- Key Responsibilities Generate new business by identifying and pursuing prospective clients. Maintain and grow relationships with existing commercial clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Work with carriers to negotiate and secure competitive insurance solutions. Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure effective onboarding and servicing of clients. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and changes in coverage or legislation. --- Qualifications 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or account management. Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain). Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and underwriting guidelines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible hybrid schedule.
