What You’ll Do
- Walk designated neighborhoods and knock on doors to introduce our products and services
- Speak with homeowners about upcoming projects and offer no-cost design consultations
- Gather homeowner information and schedule appointments for our design team
- Represent the Joyce brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy
- Work independently and as part of a team in assigned territories
- Participate in team training and strategy meetings

- Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work outdoors
- Prior experience in canvassing, sales, promotions, or customer service a plus—but not required
- Competitive base pay plus uncapped bonus opportunities
