The Tour Producer will manage the project from kick-off to delivery and serve as the team’s main point of contact. This role collaborates closely with internal teams, the client, and resources, overseeing all project stages including creative development, strategic planning, production, and delivery. This position will focus on managing our 2025 tour for a Hospitality and Tourism client.

We seek a team player who enjoys multitasking and supporting various initiatives. Attention to detail, punctuality in project delivery, budget management, and thriving in a collaborative environment are essential.

Responsibilities

  1. Project Delivery
    • Establish communication methods such as status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
    • Lead and supervise the project team.
    • Manage multiple workstreams and phases, including overseeing the Suitcase Tour, a smaller tour component during the main tour.
    • Manage onsite execution teams, including tour managers and hosts.
    • Act as liaison among account, strategy, creative, and development teams.
    • Maintain client contact, lead meetings, and produce status reports.
    • Ensure quality assurance and facilitate project debriefs.
  2. Budget Coordination
    • Work within budgets, update schedules, and manage financials using Jack’s system.
    • Create POs, change orders, process invoices, and establish billing schedules.
    • Reconcile costs against budgets.
  3. Culture
    • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace, fostering creativity and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree and minimum 10 years of experience managing teams or projects.
  • Experience in building/executing tours.
  • Availability for onsite work during key summer events (approx. May–Sept) and for pre-tour trainings and activations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong project management skills including budgeting, scheduling, and communication.
  • Ability to manage the entire project lifecycle, including technical aspects and team interfaces.
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
  • Capability to handle multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Comfort with technology, current trends, and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with various media such as print, social, email marketing, and digital media.

Additional Information

Wage Range: $30 - $50/hour, determined by experience, market, and company factors.
