We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help elevate our brand across digital, print, and social platforms.

What You’ll Do

As a Graphic Designer at Optifino, you’ll work closely with our marketing and revenue teams to design assets that capture attention and communicate our message clearly.

Key Responsibilities

- Design digital and print marketing materials including social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, presentations,whitepapers, ebooks, event collateral, and advertisements

- Support website and landing page designs with graphic elements and layouts

- Work on and manage creative projects from concept through execution, incorporating feedback from stakeholders

- Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2+ years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred)

- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and print work

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite + Canva + Figma

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for typography, color, and layout

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Points For:

- Hubspot certification (or experience)

- Experience with motion graphics or video editing

- Familiarity with web design platforms (WordPress or similar)

- Experience with HTML + CSS

As required by the New York City Pay Transparency Law, the annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $95,000. The actual salary offered will be determined by factors including location, skills, qualifications, and experience. Employees may also be eligible for additional compensation including bonuses and equity.
