Architectural Designer Job at Actalent in San Francisco

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in guiding projects through all phases of architecture using Revit and SketchUp, with a focus on water and wastewater facilities, civic buildings, commercial developments, and public works. Start date for this role will be beginning /mid November.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of architectural solutions across various project types.

• Apply standard design techniques to complete related tasks efficiently and accurately.

• Assist in producing construction documents and drawings using Revit and SketchUp.

• Collaborate with A/E consultants to meet specific project requirements.

• Participate in programming, planning, and design development phases.

• Contribute to technical documentation for permitting and construction administration.

• Engage in post-occupancy evaluations when applicable.

• Share technical expertise and provide guidance to team members.

• Attend industry events and professional development meetings.

• Deliver high-quality work that fosters client trust and repeat business.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects through all architectural phases using Revit.

• Proven experience in water/wastewater, public infrastructure, commercial mixed-use, and civic projects.

• Proficiency in SketchUp and Revit.

• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and presentation of design concepts.

• Solid understanding of the architectural process from concept to completion.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $45.67/hr.
