LMS Instructional Designer - Training Materials Developer
We are seeking an experienced LMS Instructional Designer/Training Materials Developer to support our training initiatives. The role involves designing instructional materials, e-learning modules, interactive guides, and scenario-based training, as well as developing assessment tools and KPIs to measure content effectiveness. The successful candidate will ensure that project schedules, scope, and budgets are maintained. Requirements: Support LMS operations requirements. Design instructional materials, e-learning modules, interactive guides, and scenario-based training. Develop assessment tools and KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness. Maintain project schedule, scope, and budget. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and large-scale training program implementation. Proficient in developing e-learning modules, interactive presentations, and instructional guides. Skilled in authoring tools, preferably Camtasia, SnagIt, and Microsoft 365. Experience in Training and Quality Assurance in Call Center and Billing Operations (preferred). Operational experience/knowledge in Call Center, Billing, revenue/collections, dispatch, and field services, preferably in water and gas industries or other utilities (preferred). Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Forms.
