Pittsburg, PA area

for an individual with

5+ years’ experience

as a

Technical Writer

with a background in

Detailed Architectural Specifications

for bidding various

Commercial Construction

project types. This position would earn a

generous base salary

Required work experience includes:

5+ years

of experience in

producing detailed Architectural Specifications

is a

MUST

Bachelor degree in Architecture is a

MUST

Proficiency in

Producing Detailed Project Manuals, Procurement and Contracting Requirements, and (PA) Building Codes

is a

MUST

Proficiency in

Revit

is a

BIG PLUS

Experience with

LEED, Green Buildings, or Sustainable Design

is a

BIG PLUS

Experience with

Historic Buildings/Sites or Higher Education

is a

BIG PLUS

Licensed Architect or Currently Pursuing Licensure is a

BIG PLUS

Construction Document Technology (CDT) or Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) Certification by the CSI is a

BIG PLUS
