Author, manage, and update high-quality content using Tridion, Oxygen XML, Vasont, and the DITA framework for technical and operational documentation.
Develop and implement content strategies based on user needs, product goals, and industry best practices.
Structure, organize, and model content for reuse across various channels, integrating systems like Content Management (CCM), content maps, and content modeling platforms.
Ensure content adheres to established standards and guidelines, including DITA-compliant XML authoring.
Collaborate with product teams, technical subject matter experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to gather and refine content requirements.
Contribute to content localization and translation workflows where required.
Work closely with system administrators and developers to enhance content workflows and ensure optimal tool integration across platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the content management process, workflow, and tools.
Conduct regular audits of content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established guidelines.
Lead or mentor junior content authors, providing guidance on industry best practices and advanced tool usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
10–20 years of experience in content authoring, technical writing, or content management roles.
Extensive experience with Tridion, Oxygen XML Editor, Vasont CMS, and the DITA XML framework.
Strong understanding of integrated content management systems (CCM) and their relation to content maps and content modeling.
Proficient in structured content development and reuse methodologies.
Solid knowledge of content localization and internationalization workflows.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers.
Proven track record of working within large-scale enterprise content environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot content-related system issues.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with API documentation and software development lifecycle (SDLC) content.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic programming/scripting languages.
Experience working in Agile development environments
