About the Role
We are looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our international Design team.
Reporting Line: Art Director
Responsibilities:
Creating animated graphics and videos using computer software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, 3d software and modern web/AI apps.
Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
Static and animated renders for videos, web and ads. Integration of 3D renders and AI-enhanced visuals.
Working with audio, video, colors, animation etc. which connected with video tasks
Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
Working/editing already existing projects. Working with ready-made concepts under corporate guidelines.
Participate in brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas
Qualifications
A strong portfolio that includes product explainers, data-driven animations, UI/UX motion, and 3D render integrations.
Strong post-production and VFX skills such as compositing, tracking, keying
Working with ready graphic assets (AI, PSD, Figma etc.)
Experience integrating 3D renders into motion work: Cinema 4D / 3dsmax / Blender / Redshift etc.
Understand how to work with voiceovers, subtitles, music, and data visualizations.
Strong production skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
Eye for composition, color and typography and design trends. Knowing when AI adds value and when human touch is essential.
AI tools usage to reduce repetitive tasks (e.g., rotoscoping, background removal, lip-sync, fast video cutting and editing).
Knowledge of modern AI tools:
Experience using Runway / Pika / Sora / Kling / Kaiber for generative graphics/video.
Familiarity with D-ID / Synthesia / HeyGen / Elevenlabs for AI voiceover and avatars.
Stable Diffusion / Midjourney / ChatGPT for concept arts or styleframes.
Experience with Lottie / Jitter / Webflow or other light web animations.
Passion for fintech, crypto, neobanking, or digital product storytelling.
