Your responsibilities will include planning and managing all design and research projects, sharing insights organization-wide, balancing consistency with customization, and ensuring UX remains holistic, desirable, and user-centered through data and feedback. What’s required to qualify for an interview? Effective Communication and Collaboration : Ability to work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, and confidently present to executive teams. Expert-Level Design Portfolio : Must include site maps, user flows, and prototypes (both low and high fidelity). Proactive, Data-Driven Problem Solving : Ability to analyze data to identify challenges and develop solutions, focusing on overall progress.
