Summary of Position:
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each food runners primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain clean service areas. This includes every area a customer can be served including the dining area as well as the theatres. Coordinating food orders with the kitchen and server staff to support timely and efficient delivery to each table Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety Meeting special guest requests while ensuring same high-quality standards Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them. Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment. Clearing and resetting tables. Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business as directed by the manager or immediate supervisor. Place dirty dishes and utensils in proper order in bus carts and maintain clean supplies in cart
