VP of Marketing and Communications

Backed by over 100 years of business, Atlas Machine & Supply is currently seeking a VP of Marketing and Communications to expand our brand as we continue to grow. We are a stable employer operating from offices in Louisville, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Evansville.

This position will control the budget, calendar, and execution of five key initiatives:

1. Corporate Identity - Build and maintain a memorable brand and slogan. Improve and maintain the visual aesthetic of the company, including lobbies, vehicles, uniforms, voicemail systems, tradeshow supplies, and promotional products. Produce marketing decks, packets, and mailers. Oversee the website and social media profiles.
2. Advertising - Generate new business through search engine optimization, online advertising, localized search, industry magazines/websites, and sponsorships.
3. Awareness - Build and maintain media and social influencer databases. Distribute press and social media releases to generate media coverage and influencer interest. Develop new business by planning and coordinating conferences, trade shows, and seminars. Identify leadership opportunities through charity, educational, and lecture involvement. Develop and coordinate the company's involvement in social and economic issues, including national boards and small business policies.
4. Customer Engagement - Maintain current and potential customer databases. Plan and oversee promotional campaigns and customer reminders. Produce customer surveys and feedback analysis. Organize customer appreciation events. Develop and market informational content such as videos, newsletters, and viral conversations.
5. Market Research - Conduct industry statistics and analysis, competitive analysis, monitor trends, and identify new business opportunities.
