Design-oriented candidates with a combination of 2 or more of the following skills (listed in order of importance):
- Loyalty program experience (authenticated experience, NOT marketing/public)
- Design Team Leader
- Content Writing
- Graphic Design
• Design high-impact visuals for web platforms, mobile applications, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Create pixel-perfect UI components, data visualizations, and infographics for banking products like payments, credit cards, deposits, and financial dashboards.
• Deliver designs that balance creativity with usability and accessibility.
• Push the boundaries of design innovation and elevate the team's creative output.
• Stay ahead of trends in visual design, typography, color theory, and motion graphics.
• Create visually compelling dashboards and impactful decks for meetings and client presentations, aligned with branding and objectives.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, data teams, and marketing to ensure cohesive branding and design consistency.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the bank's design system, ensuring scalability and compliance with ADA standards and regulations.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes, incorporate feedback, and iterate designs based on usability insights.
Who You Are:
• 12+ years in visual design, focusing on web, mobile apps, dashboards, and presentations.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech industries is preferred.
• Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, PowerPoint, Google Slides; expertise in dashboards, data visualizations, typography, color theory, accessibility, and basic motion graphics.
• Soft skills: Strong communication, a competitive mindset, ability to manage multiple projects, and stakeholder engagement.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in visual design or related field; certifications are a plus.
