What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interpret and understand creative briefs while participating in kick-off meetings with the Marketing and Creative Teams
- Plan, organize, and execute video and photo shoots, including pre and post-production coordination
- Undertake offline and online video editing and color grading, as well as photography and image processing
- Maintain the global video library and suggest improvements for studio and equipment
- Collaborate with copywriting, marketing, and operations teams to achieve project goals and deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in producing video and photo content
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve
- Excellent knowledge of operating professional photo & video cameras, including Canon C series and Canon DSLR
- Strong understanding of photo and video shoots best practices and procedures on set
- Online portfolio required for review demonstrating proven skills for this position

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with project management platforms, such as Wrike
- A good understanding of motion graphics, graphic design, and typography
- Technical expertise in videography and knowledge of industry trends and standards
- Resourceful and effective troubleshooter with willingness to make suggestions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment
