A global leader in high-quality children’s products, Foundations Worldwide Inc. is hiring apart-time Digital Marketing Specialist who can craft engaging content and managestrategic campaigns that connect with both commercial audiences and consumercaregivers. This role is ideal for a strong writer with experience and passion for digitalmarketing and content creation, including emails, video, and social media.

The position begins as maternity leave coverage, with potential to grow into a full-time,permanent opportunity. You will be expected to come into our office in Richfield, Ohio atleast once a week, with additional flexibility for remote work.

Content Creation:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of our products, our brands, and the competitive landscape
  • Create compelling and engaging content to support brand and marketing initiatives, including blog posts, videos, social media posts, and other internal and external communications
  • Identify target audiences and craft content that resonates with their interests and needs
  • Update content on our websites to keep them accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly
  • Ensure all content adheres to the company’s brand guidelines and voice

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage strategic marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, maintenance, and reporting
  • Oversee production of original marketing content, including website copy, articles, blog posts, videos, and other materials
  • Stay current on emerging trends within SEO and digital marketing
  • Create, manage, and implement content/campaign calendars
  • Manage, maintain, and grow email subscriber list
  • Use data to assess campaign performance and drive decisions, including funnel development and attribution modeling
  • Evaluate competitor trends and content distribution activities

Interpersonal & Communications Skills

  • Possess outstanding written and verbal communications skills, where you can communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across creative, sales, product, and customer service teams (both internal and external)
  • Understand our diverse customer needs and thoughtfully tailor marketing efforts to all sectors

Required Experience & Skills

To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically content creation and email marketing, or e-commerce
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Experience with updating website content, images, merchandising and promotions
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results to grow the business
  • Analytical skills to interpret results and adjust campaigns accordingly
  • Comfortable using ESPs such as MailChimp or HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a natural curiosity and testing mindset with a desire to continually grow
  • Fast learner, self-motivated, and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Confident interfacing professionally within all levels of the organization

Job type and location: Hybrid part-time, 20-30 hrs a week

Compensation: $25-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience

Duration: Coverage for maternity leave hire, with the potential for a permanent full-time position
