Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented UI Developer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript, JSP, and React, with a passion for creating intuitive and efficient user interfaces. You will work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to build and enhance front-end features that deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dynamic, user-friendly web interfaces using JavaScript, React, and JSP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional front-end code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve front-end issues across multiple browsers and devices.
• Participate in code reviews and follow front-end best practices.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate UI components with APIs and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a UI Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSP (JavaServer Pages), and React.js.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex UI issues.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Java-based web applications or Spring framework or aluminium framework or angular JS.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, or npm.
• Knowledge of accessibility and performance optimization best practices.
