We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance our brand visibility and drive engagement across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in market research, campaign coordination, and internal communications.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and compile reports on trends and competitors
Coordinate marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
Manage and update internal databases and client information
Support event planning, promotional activities, and property launches
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and goals
Track campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
12 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
