Job Title : Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Author – Front-End (HTML/CSS) Focused

Location: New Jersey (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

Job Type: Full-time / Contract

Are you a hands-on AEM author with an eye for clean front-end code? We’re looking for a skilled AEM Web Content Author who blends content creation expertise with a solid grasp of front-end technologies. If you’ve worked hands-on with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and can comfortably tweak HTML and CSS, this role is built for you.

You’ll collaborate with design, UX, and development teams to create high-quality web experiences. This is a hybrid position based in NJ, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

Author, edit, and manage content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites)

Apply and adjust front-end styling using HTML and CSS

Ensure pages meet brand, UX, and accessibility standards

Collaborate with teams to implement updates, enhancements, and new components

Manage digital assets and metadata within AEM’s DAM

Must Have Skills

3–5 years of hands-on AEM content authoring experience

Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS for styling and minor fixes

Strong eye for layout, UX consistency, and detail

Experience working independently and delivering on timelines

Comfortable working in a hybrid model (3 days onsite in NJ)

Nice to Haves

Familiarity with responsive design and UX principles

Experience with SEO basics and using web analytics

Background in Agile/Scrum (JIRA/Confluence/Trello) environments
