24 Seven Talent 20 hours ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Description Senior UX Researcher Pay Rate: $50-60/hr Duration: 3 months (potential to go to hire, but not guaranteed) Location: ATL or NYC especially if it goes to hire, but 100% remote for the contract Interview Process: 30-minute interview and 1-hour case-study panel presentation to evaluate the candidate's behavior style This is for a new product launch that is for a new consumer-facing product and our client needs a senior UX researcher to join the team. This person needs to be adaptable, have great time management, experience with stakeholder management, and be able to explain what areas will be most impactful to the product based on their research. Toolkit: 1:1 interviews, moderated and unmoderated testing, surveys and survey analysis, card sorting, concept testing There will be LOTS of cross-collaboration This project is very complex, so this person will need to be able to take complicated data and translate it into a simple experience for the user. Work will be under NDA until the product launches Experience working on a 0-1 product (creating something new and unique, from nothing to a fully functional product or service). Portfolios should showcase case studies, cross-collaboration, 0-1 product experience, insights decks, and communication of findings. Senior UX Researcher Were looking for a talented and motivated Senior UX Researcher to join our Atlanta-based team. Youll play a key role in driving user understanding and shaping product direction through rigorous, actionable research. Youll collaborate cross-functionally to influence design, product strategy, and user experience, ensuring products meet user needs with clarity and purpose. What Youll Do Research Strategy & Execution Lead planning, execution, and analysis of user research across multiple initiatives. Manage research projects, including 01 initiatives, defining goals, identifying needs, and shaping new experiences. Partner with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to identify research needs and deliver insights. Manage multiple projects, balancing timelines and priorities. User-Centered Design Support Provide feedback on design decisions, ensuring alignment with user expectations. Advocate for user perspectives throughout development. Product & Domain Expertise Understand product ecosystems, user journeys, and pain points. Align research with business priorities. Methodological Leadership Select appropriate research methods based on project needs. Integrate behavioral data and analytics into research planning. Insight to Impact Translate findings into stories and recommendations. Identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for innovation. What Were Looking For 4+ years of UX research experience in a product-focused environment. Experience leading end-to-end research projects, including 01 initiatives. Proficiency in mixed-methods research, usability testing, interviews, surveys, and data analysis. Strong user-centered design principles and cross-platform experience. Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences. Experience with research tools and platforms. Ability to influence product direction and advocate for users.
