About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Commerce Media to lead and coordinate all Retail Media activities for one of its largest clients. The successful candidate will be a seasoned media expert with a focus on developing top-tier media strategies and plans for CPG brands within key Retail Media Networks. This role requires a professional who can seamlessly integrate with the client's National Media team and agency to create cohesive, full-funnel media programs. The VP will be the primary contact for the client's central Digital Commerce team, providing thought leadership, and driving the client's business impact. A key aspect of the position is the ability to think creatively and develop scalable processes to support the delivery of innovative ideas. Applicants for the VP, Commerce Media position at the company should have a strong background in commerce media strategy, with a preference for those with over 12 years' experience. A deep understanding of CPG and retailer relationships, including Joint Business Planning and Channel and Category Strategies, is essential. The role demands a collaborative, dynamic individual with a passion for continuous improvement and a proven track record of engaging and influencing diverse audiences. The VP will be responsible for managing client budgets, expanding business, and demonstrating financial acumen.
