Job Title: Product Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid or Onsite San Franciso, CA 94107
Contract Duration: 7 months
Pay rate: $75 -$77/hr on W2
Looking for a GTM co-pilot for critical B2B launches: Contractor would play a supporting role by project-managing Tier 1 product launches (oversee marketing asset creation, project management, cross-functional coordination)
Prioritize candidates with strong program management/project management skills
Prioritize candidates with mix of B2B and B2C marketing experience (priority is B2B)
Strong communication skills - will be coordinating across marketing teams and capturing inputs/feedback from cross-functional teams
Traits: proactive, curious, eager to learn, propensity toward action, collaborative, self-starter
Nice-to-find: Desire to develop marketing strategy skills (opportunities to stretch into steering campaign strategy, competitive/market analysis, customer insights)"

Client is building out the Product Marketing team to support high-visibility B2B launches. The successful candidate is a resourceful self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, demonstrating agility and adaptability as our company and industry evolve. They'll support the product marketing team who is growing clients business-to-business solutions. This role will entail a combination of product marketing, project management, cross-functional collaboration and developing customer-facing assets and campaigns for clients B2B programs.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Creative, Sales, Support, etc. to fuel ongoing product adoption and support go-to-market launches
- Develop and support customer campaigns to drive acquisition, conversion and product engagement
- Steer end-to-end creative asset development for high-visibility market launches
- Facilitate regular check-in meetings to ensure project success, empower successful team collaboration, and ensure launch readiness
- Develop and manage launch schedules, status trackers, and other internal communications to ensure timely and accurate internal communications
Requirements
- Bachelors degree 3-5 years of experience relevant to product marketing and/or marketing program management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, sales, and creative teams
- Positive attitude with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to getting work done
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action
- Experience with B2B loyalty and customer engagement programs is a plus
- Experience with project management and CRM tools is a plus
