- An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state.
- 1-2 years of professional makeup application experience.
- Salon industry experience or working knowledge.
- Passion for the hair and beauty industry.
- Availability to work weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) and flexibility to work peak hours, typically Thursday through Saturday.
- Perform makeup applications from Blo’s Signature Makeup Menu and custom applications, including Bridal.
- Become a product knowledge expert of Glo Skin Beauty and complete certification.
- Engage in ongoing education through Blo’s partnership with Glo Skin Beauty.
- Perform off-site services (Blo on the Go) at events and pop-ups.
- Work in a modern blow dry bar with a passionate team of hair and beauty professionals.
- Represent the Blo brand positively, embodying the “Blo Hearts You” motto to ensure guests feel valued.
