Technical/Functional Skills

• We seek "T-shaped" professionals: specialists in UX development with interests spanning other UX disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in front-end development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with UI/UX design techniques.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Illustrator or similar tools.
• Experience with responsive and mobile web design.
• Ability to create intuitive interfaces and interaction layers, using best practices and current web trends.
• Wireframing, designing, and refining user experiences.
• Architecting information and conducting usability sessions with stakeholders.
• Delivering HTML to development teams and collaborating on multiple design options.

Managerial Skills

• Experience mentoring and guiding junior UX associates.
