Job Description
The Senior WikiGardner (Content Manager) will provide web development solutions and technical writing. Responsibilities include administration, maintenance, and enhancement of a wiki, managing content, groups, permissions, roles, and workflows. The candidate must create workflows and schemes, serve as the technical resource for migrations, and maintain all documentation related to the wiki. They will support multiple teams and releases, ensuring the wiki reflects current release information.

Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Atlassian JIRA, Greenhopper, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with web coding (HTML, XML).
- Experience in technical writing, configuration, quality, and content management.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and PKI.
Must have a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience (more experience can substitute for the degree). Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph is required.
