Senior Designer - Girls Licensed Apparel
Full-time We are a leading children's sportswear company specializing in licensed and private label apparel, working with

major retailers across the USA. Salary Range:
100k – 110k Develop girls' and tween licensed apparel, ensuring design innovation and trend alignment. Oversee associate designers and collaborate with graphic designers on seasonal projects. Organize and track project timelines to meet deadlines. Collaborate with Sales to plan and strategize for market demands. Conduct market research to identify trends and generate new ideas. Identify market gaps and create trend-driven designs for the target audience. Partner with the licensing team to select key licenses for each season. Obtain licensor approvals before production. Lead fittings and coordinate with product development and technical teams. Work with the costing team to ensure designs are budget-friendly. Review technical packs for sampling and production accuracy. Approve lab dips, strike-offs, and fabric qualities to meet quality standards. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Designer. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; strong sketching skills. Experience designing kids' apparel is required. Licensed apparel experience (e.g., Disney, Nickelodeon) is preferred.
