Current Art Director About the Role We are expanding and seeking a high-energy, emotionally intelligent Sales Consultant (Art Director) who thrives in luxury sales. Youll guide clients through a warm, meaningful selection experience, helping them choose the right portraits, finishes, and sizes with pre-scheduled, qualified appointments (no cold calling!). Present sizing, finishes, and framing options in a consultative style

Sell confidently from a proven script with high emotional intelligence

Achieve a 100% close rate no follow-up calls required

Collaborate with team and participate in weekly sales trainings

What You Bring Experience in luxury, high-ticket, or consultative sales Charisma and professionalism that represents a high-end brand A winning attitude, punctuality, and drive Ability to build rapport quickly and listen deeply Confidence in working from a script Availability on Saturdays is required Preferred (But Not Required) Experience with interior design, photography, or fine art
