Executive Vice President of Marketing

We’re recruiting an innovative Executive Vice President with a creative mind and quick-wit, coupled with a strong dedication to ROI, to lead the marketing efforts for our organization’s 1,000+ top loan officers nationwide. You’ll be responsible for multi-market and cross-channel messaging, digital and print campaign generation, and content marketing solutions for our mortgage products and services. Here’s the experience we’d like you to have: Proven track record of building and leading a premier marketing organization, with an in-depth understanding of social trends, tools, and practices. Strong ability to develop innovative and relevant marketing programs and an understanding of marketing fundamentals. A data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing social media metrics, email response rates, cost per acquisition, and ROI measures. Fluency in competitive marketing techniques, disciplines, and tracking competitor activities and trends. Mortgage, finance, or real estate experience is a plus, but not required; we value your creative leadership and initiative. Self-starter attitude—able to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Team player willing to get hands dirty and collaborate effectively. Strong appreciation and fluency with technology and its role in industry transformation. Entrepreneurial, start-up attitude, and openness to change, as change is a natural part of our industry.
