About the Role

We are a co-branded business operating in both traditional print and modern signage, offering limitless ways to express your creativity. We believe in cross-training to enhance understanding of production, as it often informs design and vice versa. Many of the most effective designs are clean and simple, as they are easier to produce consistently. Understanding the limitations across different media enables designers to create results-oriented designs, not just visually appealing ones. The ability to guide clients towards sharp, clean, reproducible results—rather than being led by them—is highly valued.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek a Graphic Designer with maturity, passion, and energy to collaborate effectively with team members. Excellent communication skills with clients and internal staff are essential for managing deadlines. While we aim to avoid last-minute rush jobs, we have a reputation for delivering on tight deadlines. Good time management is crucial.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibility will be to create graphics for various media, including digital print, wide-format printing, mailings, dimensional lettering, pan face signs, vinyl vehicle wraps, CNC cutting, and more. While expertise in all areas is a plus, we primarily value drive, curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn.

Additional Details

This is a full-time position with hours from 9am to 5pm, five days a week. Compensation and benefits will be commensurate with experience. We have a great team and are looking for a long-term member who feels like family. We are committed to paying accordingly.
