The Role

Paid Media Specialist | Run Global Campaigns That Actually Convert

At Pearl Lemon, we’re scaling fast and hiring smarter. With 100+ remote marketers, strategists, and creatives across the globe, we’re searching for a Paid Media Specialist who knows how to build and scale paid campaigns that deliver real business outcomes.

Your Role

• Own paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube & more
• Optimize funnels from first click to final conversion
• Launch A/B tests, write killer ad copy, and collaborate with content pros
• Use data to drive every decision — ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC
• Report results clearly, optimize relentlessly, and scale smart
  
  

• Remote-first: work from anywhere, no micromanagement
