Our F45 family is looking to grow our management team. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team at this studio. You will lead sales strategies to increase memberships and promote health and wellness. The Studio Manager is a mentor, brand ambassador, and proven leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage sales and operational budgets, exceeding targets
• Drive financial growth through programming and capacity management
• Develop a marketing plan for social media, digital, print, and community events
• Ensure adherence to studio practices including member check-in, inquiries, payments, and customer care
• Maintain consistent sales efforts with goals, contests, outreach, and strategic partnerships
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard staff
• Grow membership base and oversee sales process
• Increase studio conversion and client retention
• Implement client referral programs
• Maintain studio cleanliness, appearance, and organization
• Demonstrate professionalism and positive attitude to clients and staff
• Uphold brand standards and values
• Participate in training sessions to stay knowledgeable about programs
• Manage daily operations and overall studio performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of F45 Training
• Experience in studio and membership management
• At least 2 years of sales leadership in the Fitness industry
• Personal Training Certification from a recognized organization
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Over 3 years of management experience, including staff oversight
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong leadership abilities to foster a positive environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Highly organized with good time management
• Proficiency in MS Office, MindBody Online, and media platforms

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
