Job Description

Title: Sr Technical Writer

Location: Tucson, AZ

Duration: 12 months

Core Responsibilities

• Create and edit templates in the outsourced Email Service Provider tool (Exact Target) and Intuit IT platform, including content management, HTML editing, variable attributes, and conditional logic.
• Develop and maintain transactional communication wireframes for email templates.
• Conduct content development sessions with stakeholders to create customer messaging within platform capabilities.
• Ensure content clarity, conciseness, and accuracy for customer communications.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure legal adherence of communications.
• Identify and suggest improvements for the ETC platform, managing feature requests.
• Support content updates and creative changes to existing email messages.
• Back up other content developers and leads as needed.
• Develop proficiency with Exact Target tools and support global expansion efforts.
• Understand system triggers for communication events to create meaningful customer messages.
• Support emerging communication channels like SMS and social media.

Qualifications
