- Must-have competencies:
- Java (core Java with mandatory experience in Servlets and Filters), JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS
- Angular.JS 1.5 or above
- Microservices, Spring Boot, application memory management, multithreading, networking, security
- Experience in hybrid app development with some native app design experience for Android and iOS
- Ability to interface with native app development teams; experience beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong competency in OAuth
- Experience leading small teams
- Understanding of software design patterns like MVC, Delegation, Singleton, Factory, Adapter
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Teamwork and client interaction skills
