Job Description

• Minimum 4 years of experience in UI and relevant skills
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Hybrid App Development
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Web Full Stack Development
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the project lifecycle activities, including development and maintenance
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in design and architecture review
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the software development lifecycle
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-stakeholder team environments
• Experience in the digital domain
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience and interest in working in a global delivery environment
• Ability to work sitting at a computer for extended periods and communicate effectively via telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required.

Detailed Job Responsibilities

• Experience with third-party libraries for DOM manipulation (jQuery preferred)
• Experience with AJAX and JSON
• Understanding of performance tuning, race condition detection, and debugging paint issues
• Experience with the promise interface
• Proficiency in CSS, preprocessors (LESS and SASS), and writing efficient selectors
• Understanding CSS specificity and best practices for organizing rules
• Exposure to mobile UI development for web
• Proficiency in general web technologies and security practices (XSS, CSRF prevention)
• Experience optimizing web pages for performance
• Ability to write and understand semantic HTML markup, including HTML5 features
• Experience with rapid development tools like Grunt
• Experience with version control systems (SVN, Git preferred)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, ARIA tags, and WCAG 2.0
