Key Responsibilities

  • Carefully pack client's personal property, detail clean contents, and inventory items. Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water and fire damage.
  • Assist with restoration activities such as water extraction, fire damage repair, setting up specialty equipment, and demolition.
  • Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Communicate safety hazards, job site findings, and equipment needs to supervisors.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, addressing concerns and explaining the restoration process.

Position Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related fields is preferred
  • IICRC certification is a plus but not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces
  • Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
  • Ability to work with cleaning agents
