Work closely with various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Business Development, to create impactful campaigns and manage critical projects. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, such as creating content, presentation layout and design, coordinating events, and supporting effective marketing and communication strategies. Education / Licensing Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (preferred) Experience Requirements: Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office 365 Able to grasp new concepts quickly Characteristics: Self-motivated Flexible and proactive Organized, detail-oriented Easily identifies issues; ability to propose solutions High level of confidentiality Responsibilities: Assist in creating and refining marketing materials to align with brand standards Create and proofread content for social media posts, ads, and marketing communications Monitor monthly media statistics and analyze trends for optimization Support planning and execution of events and conferences Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team collaboration initiatives Provide input and coordination for our digital tool suite and AI platforms Prepare RFI/RFP responses Assist with social media targeting and advertising Required Tools: Microsoft Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint HubSpot Microsoft Teams Monday.com for project management Canva and Adobe Creative Suite Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant Requires normal hearing levels (corrected) Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time.
