This position coordinates all Social Media Management activities for all of our clients and reports directly to the Director of Sales. The ideal candidate will create and maintain a strong social media brand for each of our accounts and will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts to increase brand awareness. Additionally, this individual will understand the target audience and develop appropriate strategies to reach this group.

Responsibilities

• Research target audience and discover current trends
• Create engaging text, video, and image content
• Monitor analytics and provide reports to clients and team members
• Respond to reviews and online interactions with consumers on all platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
• Experience as a social media coordinator
• Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products (InDesign and Photoshop)
• Experience using Canva and Capcut to produce and edit content
