The Subway Sandwich Artist Position

Offers a pay scale with a base hourly rate of $20.00. This position is 100% on-site at Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests cheerfully and helpfully, and prepare their orders.
• Understand and explain menu items accurately.
• Use Point of Sale system to record orders and process payments.
• Perform cash-in procedures, accounting for all money and products during shifts.
• Prepare food neatly and promptly according to formulas.
• Check and restock products in the sandwich area to ensure sufficient supply.
• Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer and service areas and equipment.
• Adhere to quality standards, formulas, and procedures outlined in the Subway Operations Manual.
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.
• Complete online coursework on the University of Subway as directed.

Qualifications:

Applicants should be able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily and possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals in English.

Physical Demands:
