Group/Division
With over 40 years of semiconductor process control experience, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG) creates all of KLA's metrology and inspection products. The LS-SWIFT Division provides patterned wafer inspection systems for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing, delivering market-leading defect detection for applications across various markets including foundry, logic, memory, automotive, MEMS, and advanced packaging. Our LS (Laser Scanning) and SWIFT (Simultaneous Wafer Inspection at Fast Throughput) systems operate globally, serving customers across Asia, Europe, and North America.
Job Description / Preferred Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Develop company market requirements for specific products, including product strategy, requirements analysis, and pricing.
- Manage business plans, product lifecycles, and market positioning.
- Translate broad concepts into structured marketing plans.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and identify customer needs.
- Establish pricing strategies and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams.
- Lead new product definitions and business planning with cross-departmental teams.
- Manage personnel to ensure efficient operation, including hiring and development.
- Analyze diverse issues and collect data on market trends, customer feedback, and competition.
- Support sales strategies and execution for assigned regions or customers.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree or 2 years of relevant work experience, or Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of relevant work experience.
Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $137,000 - $232,900 annually. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(K) with company match, employee stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, paid time off, and family leave.
