Job Description As a Senior Visual Designer, you will partner with our senior design leaders to conceptualize, conceive, adapt and execute designs in different forms, for website design, UIdesign, company presentations, digital marketing design, and much more. You will play an integral role in the creative development of all visual touch points in a client brand and project. In this role, you will be able to combine a passion for beautiful design with an obsession for pixel-perfect attention to detail. Responsibilities Developing compelling visions, stories, concepts, visual designs, and prototypes Execute web and product layouts, typography, iconography, design systems, and compositions to design with artistry, creativity, and mastery Use dynamic visualizations to support analytical thinking with large data sets and present visual design work to developers, external stakeholders, and design team Putting UI Mockups, UI Click-through demos, and GIFs or Simple Animated Screens together Create design systems, product guidelines, brand guidelines, and mood boards Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to senior level clients Explore creative tech trends and styles Startup environment: we are innovating every day. Team members must be comfortable/willing to be uncomfortable in unknown territory, be willing to try new things, ideate and problem-solve together What we’re looking for Basic Requirements 7+ years of experience in design with an emphasis on graphic design, product design, user interface, and/or motion graphics In-depth knowledge and expertise with graphic design, layout, and typography Excellent professional communication, collaboration, time-management, and organizational skills Product design, photography, iconography, and illustration experience Meticulous sense of detail and ability to seek out simple solutions to complex design challenges Experience working in fast-paced environments and remote teams The ability to take direction and shift gears quickly Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics Presentation, interpersonal, and communication experience, both verbal and written Preferred Requirements BA/BFA in design or a design-related discipline (visual design, graphic design) Experience with 3D visualization tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya, or Houdini) Do you want to apply for this job?
