We're excited about you because... 1-3 years of experience in merchandising or visual roles 1-2 years experience in home-related design or visual merchandising preferred; specialty retail preferred Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills Proven ability to motivate and influence others College degree or equivalent experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods Ability to operate POS system Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 pounds with proper techniques Additional Information Part-time associates must be available for a minimum of two weekend shifts and two weekday shifts. For 20+ hours weekly, greater availability is required. Weekend availability must be on two separate days. Benefits This role offers a competitive compensation package with an anticipated pay range of $16.50-$22.00 per hour, based on factors like experience and location.
