Job Overview

As a Paid Advertising Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing effective paid advertising strategies across various platforms. You’ll work closely with account managers and clients to understand their goals, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI. This role requires both a strategic and hands-on approach, with expertise in managing budgets and analyzing performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define advertising goals, target audiences, and budgets.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to refine campaign strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimizing ads, targeting, and budgets to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and compliant.
  • Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend and high ROI.

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in paid advertising.
  • Proficiency with ad management platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic adjustments.
  • Experience in budgeting and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Experience with retargeting, display advertising, and advanced audience segmentation.

Bottom of salary range $$71,037

Top of salary range $$86,823
