Required Experience: 8 years of relevant IT experience, including experience developing applications in an AWS cloud environment.
Required Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT II compliant - Security+ CE
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or IT-related field
Location: Hybrid - 2 days onsite in San Diego, VA and Remote
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications and provide cybersecurity engineering for the Department of the Navy's Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS) software.
Design and code modules for the Navy Total Workforce Management System.
Utilize technologies including SQL Server, C#, Java, .NET Framework, MVC, Entity Framework, React JS, JavaScript, AJAX, AWS, GIT, and Android.
Integrate Information Assurance (IA) into systems deployed in operational environments.
Work with architects and system developers to implement appropriate information security functionality for application security policies.
Develop and maintain TWMS web modules and processes including the Information Module, CWF Module, and Document Upload Module.
Modify the TWMS database and programs as necessary.
Process Tier II/III Remedy ticket requests, addressing functionality and data errors, and track tasks through the TWMS tracking system.
